Adèle Rouzé set herself up in 2003, opening her own wine estate in Quincy. Today, she works with her brother, an oenologist ans himself a winegrower. The estate extends over 5.50 hectares in the Quincy appellation, and is planted with sauvignon vines on sandy, gravely soils. The vines are tended using climate-smart, integrated methods that respect the environment and preserve the fauna and flora. Our exclusively white Quincy wine packs a vibrantly refreshing punch, with citrus fruit notes and minty undertones. Adèle devotes particular attention to promoting Quincy among customers in France and beyond. It can be found across Europe, the US and Asia. Our Quincy is made to be enjoyed by our customers, as a social drink for sharing.
