With 35 hectares of organically farmed orchards, the rigorous work in the orchards and in the cellar offer calvados and ciders that perfectly express the terroir and the apple. Taking inspiration from the best techniques used for cognac and the grands crus, the Dupont family has studied, experimented and refined its production techniques to reach the level of elegance and expression of the best wines and to offer vintage ciders. In order to explore newly expanded taste horizons, the estate researches and innovates to offer the Inspirations range. This original collection offers an original concentration of aromas and flavours to offer the quintessence of the apple. You will find the Givre, a sweet apple wine, the Blanc de pomme, a single variety still cider or the collection of calvados cask finishes. Vincent Jacoulot was an extravagant character, confident and ready to take risks to impress his peers. Romanèche-Thorins, in South Burgundy, was the perfect place to innovate and distillate his first brandies in 1891. Shortly after, he started producing liqueurs : Maison Jacoulot was born. Nothing predestined him to such a political and a professional career, but eventually he has managed to build a sustainable and renowned company from the very beginning. With more than 130 years of history behind it, and thanks to its savoir-faire, Jacoulot kept diversifying its portfolio, always coming up with new and bold ideas. Our house now offers a wide range of products including the signature Marcs and Fines de Bourgogne, tasty fruit liqueurs and cremes, and more recently whiskies and rums.

Michel Couvreur Whisky is an indenpendant and family French company who makes whiskies in Burgundy since 40 years. He's famous for his old single malt matured in Sherry casks.
