We have old vintages starting in the 90's and Atypical wines (nature wines).

All our wines are certified organics in France by QUALISUD FR-BIO-16 since 2005 and we strive to produce our wines in sustainable ways respecting our environment for future generations.

The three properties are family owned for over six generations and the wines are made from the top famous soil of Bordeaux wines. Philippe Carrille is making high quality wines since 1989 and convert early in 2005 the properties on organic. He strives to manage the entire production in respecting the environment and ensure sustainable consumption and production practices.

• Poupille is located only 6 miles away from Saint-Emilion, the vines face south at the top of hills with a limestone and clay soil giving wines its balance and body.
• For Haut-Cardinal,  vines are located on the plateau of Saint-Emilion on the outskirts of the city with a soil also rich in clay and limestones with a beautiful exposure allowing the soil to be rich in nutrients.
• In Saint-Emilion, with Robin Des Moines, the terroir is also composed of silty clay exposed East giving the wines its roundness and fineness.

This soil is the dream terroir for the Merlot grape variety mainly present in all our wines:

- Poupille and Poupille Atypique: 100% Merlot

- Château Haut Cardinal: 100% Merlot

- Château Robin Des Moines: 70% Merlot – 20% Cabernet Franc – 10% Cabernet Sauvignon
