They produce on 30 hectares, 2 celebs Grand Cru : Les Grenouilles, Blanchot ; 3 Historical Chablis Premier Cru: Les Lys, Vaillon, Côte de Léchet & one Chablis Vieilles Vignes The wines are grown on fine lies and matured for 1 year for the Chablis and between 6 to 8 years for the Premier Cru, to offer you ripe Chablis to taste and for keeping… The universe of Chablis Defaix is waiting for you for an unusual tasting !
