The Cincinelli farm is located within the Chianti region in Tuscany, in a natural amphitheatre

on the hills above the town of Capolona, a small village not far from Arezzo in the

Casentino area.

Marco, the owner, cultivates 45 hectares of vineyards not only with varieties such as Sangiovese,

Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, but also with Mammolo, a native Tuscan grape variety that has

almost been forgotten and is mainly used in blends.

Believing that a good wine is made in the vineyard, since the late 1990s the company has been

cultivating its land organically to maintain its natural biodiversity and create an elegant and natural

wine that can interpret our territory as much as possible.
