Château-Fuissé is recognized as the benchmark estate of  Pouilly-Fuissé. Currently managed by 5th generation winemaker Antoine Vincent. He believes in traditional, artisanal winemaking supported by carefully applied modern technology. The 100-acre estate produces a  range of excellent white Burgundy wines (chardonnay) from Pouilly-Fuissé as well as Saint-Véran, Mâcon-Villages, Mâcon-Fuissé, Bourgogne  and also one red wine from Juliénas – Cru of Beaujolais (Gamay).
