Most of the wines are produced with the technique of the hyper-oxigenation of the musts and a full or partial malolactic. Lower levels of So2, balanced softeness, structure and complexity drive our wines towards a clear pleasantness of drinking. Organic certification, use of energy from renewable sources, lower the levels of Co2 released into the atmosphere. A minimum handling during all the production phases take part of the wines into a more natural ground so, stylewise, we follow two main productive direction, more classic vinification (stainless steel and wood ageing) and Natural (Pet Nat, Stone Vat, Orange, Free from SO2) focusing our efforts to quality and value for money.
