Family estate since 1826, Jacques Guilhem, Jean-Louis Poudou and Jean-François Ruiz work together to make wines that are sunny, easy-drinking, mineral and deeply rooted in their terroir. An intuitive, precise and delicious approach ! Jacques runs the estate with an epicurean and ambitious approach. Jean-Louis, the founder, continues to convey the company's image, and his son-in-law Jean-François puts his 22 years of experience to good use, seamlessly combining the estate's know-how with the spirit of today's wine. In the vineyards, the emphasis is on plant autonomy, limited yields and hand-picking when the grapes are fully ripe. Vinification is traditional, with gentle extractions to encourage supple tannins. All the production is organic.
