Château Haut Claverie has been in the same family since 1800. Located in Fargues close to Bordeaux we produce Sauternes, Graves Red, Bordeaux White and Rosé. The know-how of the past generations combined with new technologies and agro-ecological viticulture, gives birth to a range of wines that translate the love of hard work and dedication.

Respecting the environment, being HVE (High Environmental Value) certified since 2019, we aim at using an eco-responsible method, through agroforestry planting, green manure crops sowing and viti pastoralism.
