Our 25 ha are located in the heart of Southwest France, in an exceptional terroir in the Fronton appellation, close to Toulouse, on the sandy loam and clay soil of the old terraces of the river Tarn. Our wines are elegant and gourmand thanks to our native world-wide unique grape variety, Negrette. Our vineyard has a High Environmental Value certification. We control yields to favour quality (less than 45hl per ha). Because many of our vines face into the Autan wind, the need for treatment is lower and health of the vines better. All this care and attention, from vine to winery, allows us to keep sulphates to a minimum (around 50 mg/L for the reds). I will be glad to meet you and let you taste our native grape!
Established in 1990, Manuel Olivier, the son of farmers, began culitvating vineyard and berries in the High Hills of Nuits St Georges. Specialised today in viticulture, he operates a vineyard of 12 hectares, expanded in 2004 with the purchase of 3 hectares in the Cote de Nuits and the Cote de Beaune and again in 2007 via buying of grapes in order to augment the range.
