Château BeauBois has its name as far as its origins. In the XIII century the Cistercian monks of the abbey of Franquevaux detect a fabulous terroir. Today Fanny and François Boyer, sister and brother, are the 4th generation to watch over the destiny of the vineyard. They are considered by many wise eyes as the «rising generation of the appellation» Costières de Nîmes. The 50 hectares of vineyards have been cultivated by François in Organic Agriculture (ECOCERT) since 2009 and in Biodynamic (Demeter) since 2020. Fanny elaborates the wines each year bringing its share of femininity and requirement. The inimitable style of «BeauBois» is based on its superb terroir of pebbles and its fabulous location. Overlooking the ponds of the Petite Camargue, the vineyard benefits from their freshness during the nights until early morning, often giving saline and iodized notes. The south-facing exposure offers Mediterranean warmth that has a remarkable influence on their wines. Located on the southern slope of the Costières, overlooking the ponds of the Petite Camargue, the vineyard enjoys their freshness during the nights until the early morning. These cool temperatures help maintain the flavor on Viognier, Vermentino, Roussanne, and Grenache Blanc. The south-facing exposure offers, the Mediterranean heats, remarkably influencing the Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Marselan and Cinsault.
