Vigneron champenois - Festigny - Vallée de la Marne
The soul of Champagne Dauby is the story of the meeting of 2 families of winegrowers, lovers of the land and wine for several generations. Independent winemakers, creators of rare and exceptional cuvées, we control every step of the development of our Champagne.
Located in Aÿ, a village classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, our family vineyard is spread over 8 hectares, in Aÿ Grand Cru, Mutigny Premier Cru and Barbonne Fayel, certified high environmental value and in organic conversion for the Chardonnay grape variety. Dauby Mother & Daughter Champagne is a guarantee of respect for the land, fauna, and flora.
Champagne Grand Cru situé à Chouilly sur la Côte des Blancs
To tell you about our family history since 1930 when our great-grandfather Henri started selling, followed by his daughter and then his grandson at the end of the 1980s, why not...
But we prefer to tell you the story of a little girl called Bertille.
All her childhood, she "followed in the footsteps" of her parents, she ran in the vineyards and hid in the cellar, behind the bottles of champagne...
If you ask her at what age she wanted to become a winemaker, she won't be able to answer because it has been a given since birth.
Over the years, Luc, his father, awakens his sense of smell, initiates his palate, passes on his know-how and passion for the land. Together they create the house wines with patience, precision and love.
Since she was 23 years old, this playground has become Bertille's private domain. Her future is clear: to take over the family business, perpetuating the traditions with a zest of youth and a head full of ideas.
Working in integrated viticulture with a deep respect for the environment, using very few inputs, taking care of the soil by using a tractor and without using herbicides are the leitmotivs of the house
A family story, a shared passion, and values passed down through generations: Champagne Jacques Picard has been a family business for four generations.
As independent winegrower, we cultivate the vines and craft our champagnes from start to finish using grapes from our own vineyards. Our estate is located in Berru, in the Montagne de Reims region.
Our entire vineyard has been certified organic since 2022. It is planted with Chardonnay mainly, Pinot Noir, and Meunier grapes across 3 terroirs: Berru, Montbré, and Avenay-Val-d'Or.
Respect for nature, the soil, and the enhancement of biodiversity are our priorities.
We are committed to respecting our micro-terroirs and the living ecosystem to produce high-quality grapes. Indeed, the unique character of each of our plots guides our daily work. To enhance the expression of our terroirs, each plot is vinified separately in stainless steel tanks or oak barrels. We thus produce wines characterized by freshness, elegance, and the desire to share.
MONT DE BERRU · ALT. 270 m · BIODIVERSITY · MINERALITY · BELEMNITES · IDENTITY
For 6 generations, the Roguet family has cultivated an area of vines of around 7 hectares exclusively in the Mailly Champagne vineyard in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. The three grape varieties, Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay are grown there. In 2000, Samuel decided to take over the domain behind his grandfather with determination and chose to invest in order to master all the stages of development, from the harvest to the marketing at the property. He then became an independent winegrower. Concerned with the protection of the environment and the transmission to future generations, he is moving towards sustainable farming methods which lead to VDC and HVE certification in 2020. Very sensitive to the aging of wines, it quickly integrates wood and stainless steel for aging reserves. He thus discovered the magic of blending to perpetuate the balance of ROGUET champagnes and also give birth to a few rare bottles. The style of the house is distinguished by a persistent freshness and reveals the aromatic power of a single terroir.

René Jolly
Independent Winemakers since 1737 in Landreville (Côte des Bar). Our champagnes are made by us with grapes from only our own vineyards. Therefore we are limited in quantity. So we want nothing less than our utmost best. After 2 to 4 years of ageing (of which part is done in oak barrels) the mature wines are blended before bottling with younger wines to produce the authentic René Jolly Champagnes. Enjoy the unique sound of the opening a bottle of Champagne, exclusively shaped for Rene Jolly, with your friends.
Many improvements have been done over the years : 3 leg muselet, light bottle, tapefree case of 6. Ideas to reduce our carbon footprint.
