Everything starts from our vines and our diversified terroir, a mosaic of 42 plots and 3 grape varieties spread over 4.5 Ha

in the heart of the Coteaux Sud d'Epernay ( MOUSSY, PIERRY, VINAY and EPERNAY) at the crossroads of the Côte des Blancs and the Vallée de la Marne.

Care of our soil and our vines for more than 20 years, step by step on each plot, the roots adapting and drawing nutrients of the different historical layers of our parcel. We have officially acted on a process of farming organic conversion since 2 harvests.

Our son THIBAUT 26 years old works on the field on this part and has led relentlessly this season 2021 and our step by step continues in this direction.

Our Cuvées ANAPHORE , METONYMIE and LITOTE are the continuity and the result of this journey, after having completely left the cooperation since 2018, we vinified this harvest in stainless steel vats and 10  % in oak barrels from Puligny Montrachet, with the choice not done malolactic fermentation, confidential cuvées that we look forward to let you discover.
