Harmony with nature: The vines are cared for with a tailored blend of Organics with a touch of Biodynamic principles and Lithotherapy, a Naturopathic technique begun in 2021 that involves the application of Gem Waters* the energetic power of stones, crystals and minerals. 

Lithotherapy Elixirs of Rose Quartz, Florite, Tourmaline, Moss Agate... Applied to the vines to naturally improve their immune system, reinforce the cell walls of the plant and promote photosynthesis. (Vineyard Organic certification)

 From the vines to the bottle:  Exclusively Grand Cru: Pure Champagne and Bouzy Rouge, brought to life by winemaking techniques that allow the natural attributes of our grapes to shine, unaltered. 

A unique personality: Jean-Christophe Delavenne employs specific techniques to ensure that each cuvée represents the terroir in its purest form, to its full potential, with increased length on the palate.
