Co-exhibitor of CHAMPAGNE DE VIGNERONS
Champagne Collard-Picard (Récoltant-Manipulant RM) was founded in 1996, from the family know-how of Olivier COLLARD and Caroline PICARD. Located at 15 avenue de Champagne in Épernay, the estate is guided by an absolute commitment for quality. With a background in viticulture and oenology, Olivier and Caroline Collard-Picard are joined by their youngest son Alexandre, a graduate of the OIV MSc in Wine Management.
Spread over two terroirs, we cultivate 16 hectares of vines, certified level 3 High Environmental Value .
- Marne Valley - Right bank (COLLARD family)
- Côte des Blancs - Grand Cru: Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger (PICARD family)
We listen to nature in order to understand and enhance it, and we gently guide it through daily care and a respectful approach to the living environment (organic amendments, ploughing, grassing and recycling of raw materials).
Our philosophy at the winery is simple and designed to respect and enhance the quality of our grapes and terroirs. Only the cuvées are selected and vinified using indigenous yeasts, without malolactic fermentation, in large oak tuns and in amphorae since the 2024 harvest. The wines are aged for a long time in bottle in our cellar (at least 6 years for our entry-level wines) and the dosage is low, only Extra Brut. Today, we have nine Champagnes, including two rosés, and a 100% Meunier red Coteaux Champenois.
