Based in Oger, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, the family has been making Champagnes for 5 generations, from 7 hectares of Chardonnay classified as Grand Cru. In 1910, Emile Gilmert started to sell a few bottles on his own. In the 50's, the union of Colette Gilmert and Robert Bonnet gave its name to the current brand. Their son Denis and now their granddaughters Aude and Carla are at the head of the estate. The wines are vinified in stainless steel tanks with malolactic fermentation. All the wines reveal with elegance the unique terroir of the Côte des Blancs.
