Régis Adam is a winemaker in the 5th generation of producers-recoltants from the Montagne de Reims region. It is set in the east of the region, on Mont de Berru, the area that produces excellent Chardonnay and so, the Blanc de Blancs champagnes.
The house covers 8 hectares and is located in 3 different terroirs of the Champagne region.
Vinification 100% cuvée
• Fermentation – selected wild yeast
• Malolactic fermentation
• Ageing “on lattes” - 3 years minimum,
• Liquor is a family secret
• A small part vinified in barrels
