Located in Villers-Marmery, on the Montagne de Reims, the Sadi Malot estate, a family estate that has lasted for 5 generations, is now managed by Franck Malot and Florian Villière, who bring novelty with his youth.

Together, we work with passion on a range of champagnes dominated by Chardonnay.

First of all winegrowers, we accompany the vine in its good development in order to obtain good quality grapes and thus reveal our terroir, from our plots to our wines, while respecting its typicality. We constantly strive to question our viticultural practices and our environmental impact.

This link to nature allows us to be able, through our work and our commitment, to capture the encounter between grape varieties, soils, climates and winegrowers.

Since 2004, the vines have been worked according to a philosophy inspired by organic farming, with plowed soil and reasoned treatments. From the 2022 campaign, we are going further by working according to biodynamic viticulture.
