Celler Parató is a family winery in the heart of Alt Penedès where the Elias family began its winemaking career in 1975. Since then we have been dedicated to producing high quality, exclusive and organic wines and cavas with all production coming exclusively from our own vineyards. Also, our wines are certified under the Penedès Denomination of Origin (D.O. Penedès) and we are one of only 17 "Integral Producers" of cava (D.O. Cava) in Catalonia, meaning the winemaking process is carried out entirely on our estate using our own grapes. Additionally, our wines are organic and vegan friendly.
