Ca'Vescovado winery was established in June 2021 by the Barbisan Family and the winemaker Mr. Gianmaria Riva. We are located in the Veneto region in a small town called Lugugnana, which is situated about 10 minutes from the Adriatic Sea and it is very close to the cities of Venice and Verona.

We own 50 hectares of vineyards. Three main brands and the development of private label

projects: this is Ca’ Vescovado, a new family that continues to grow, a tradition that continues to renew.

These 50 hectares are spread out across three different areas, all just a few kilometers apart, but each with uniquepedoclimatic characteristics.

The VESCOVADO vineyards are positioned between the Livenza and Tagliamento rivers. The soil in this area is richin calcium, carbonate, and magnesium. As a result, our wines from this vineyards exhibit sapidity and freshness.

The 131 vineyards are located in the DOCG Lison-Pramaggiore area. The soil here is clayey and heavy, with gooddrainage. This creates the ideal conditions for producing structured wines.

Finally, LA VIGNA DI RIVA vineyards are cultivated on a reclaimed area that features marine sediments and

limestone deposits. The calcareous-sandy soil found here creates light wines with delicate aromas and good acidity.
