Co-exhibitor of COMITE INTERPROFESSIONNEL DES VINS D'ALSACE - CIVA
Established in 1720, Cattin Winery is the largest independent, family-owned winery in Alsace. From the beginning, the winery has been located in Voegtlinshoffen, in the heart of the Alsace vineyard, 10km south of Colmar. The family estate is today run by the 12th generation of winemakers in the family and embodied by Jacques and Anaïs Cattin. Cattin Family produces a complete range of Alsace wines and crémants including Single Vineyard wines, Grands Crus wines and other «terroirs» wines. Sustainability is key for the family estate; the production is either organic certified or sustainable farming certified. Crémant d'Alsace is Cattin Family’s speciality, it represents indeed 45% of overall production (4M bottles a year). Cattin wines enjoy excellent brand-awareness in France and abroad and are regularly reviewed in the international press and awarded in wine contests (Gold Medals, more than 90 points…). Cattin wines are sold to more than 40 countries around the world through all distribution channels, including retailers, airline companies for their Business and First Class Cabins (Delta Airlines, Swiss, Air France…). The family always invests in new production tools: today Cattin Winery has 3 different cellars all in South of Alsace. Recently, the family opened the BELVEDERE, its winery dedicated to wine tourism in Alsace. Moreover, Cattin Winery received several distinctions for its pioneering wine tourism offer in Alsace.
