Cape Fynbos Wines & Spirits is a youthful winery in more ways than one. Founded in 2017 by friends Johan du Toit and Oliver Kirsten their expressed goal has always been to showcase to an international wine consuming audience the creative energy present in the modern South African wine and beverage industry, both in terms of design style and winemaking innovation.

Their love for the unique landscape and flora of the Western Cape of South Africa has been their constant source of energy and innovation. The result of this inspiration is a range of wines and gins that are both award-winning and consumer-focused – a sustainable celebration of this beautiful country.

Working exclusively with the finest growers in the Voor-Paardeberg and Swartland appellations - formerly rural backwaters that have been revolutionised into two of the most talked-about applications in the Southern hemisphere – they now produce a wide range of still wines, as well as an award-winning pair of super-premium craft gins.
