The Company aims to promote the “culture” of quality wine, assisting local viticulturists in every step of production process. Every year about 900 associates supply Cantine Birgi with more than 250.000 qintals of grapes.

All the vineyards are located in outstanding areas with particular weather conditions and different exposure in order to produce unique wines with organileptic properties typical of the territory.
