Co-exhibitor of Associazione di imprese Winexperience
The cooperative is the result of many small stories of people who, united by a common love for the land, have preserved traditions by sharing their experience and skills.
Founded in 1959, the winery is located in Piedmont, consists of 176 members who cultivate a total of 310 hectares of vineyard spread mainly throughout the steep hills of the Roero, but also over the mighty and prestigious slopes of Barolo and Barbaresco.
Cantina del Nebbiolo’s production focuses exclusively on native vines to best enhance the characteristics of the terroir and the wine-growing tradition of the region through a rigorous selection of soils, exposures, grape varieties in order to ensure an optimal vegetative course in the best micro-geographical zones suitable for grapes cultivation.
Every glass of wine is the fruit of sacrifice, hard work, but above all, a shared dream and a commitment to improving year after year.
“The co-operative movement was born and has developed out of a sense of injustice. The best results are those which benefit the whole community and not just a few individuals.”
Giovanni Battista Marchisio, renowned President of Cantina del Nebbiolo between 1986 and 2013.
