FIVE FARMS IRISH CREAM LIQUEUR launched in 2018 is the first ‘ Farm to Table’ Irish Cream.

Our milk is sourced exclusively from five family-owned farms in West Cork, Ireland.

Once the milk is collected it is produced into fresh cream and combined with Irish Whiskey produced in Cork to create this delicious luxurious Irish Cream Liqueur.

Whiskey will always be an Irish drink. Centuries ago the Irish brought it to America and the Americans fell in love with it. They drew inspiration from it. But what if there was still inspiration to be found, and adventure to be had…? With Natterjack, we set out on that adventure. An adventure to see what more fun could be had if we preserved the integrity of the basics but played with the rule book of Irish whiskey. Our whiskey is an affectionate tribute to the Natterjack toad because just like the Natterjack, our whiskey has chosen a different path.  

The Natterjack is the only toad native to Ireland. While all around it are hopping, it walks. It chooses its own course. Thanks to an adventurous spirit and ability to roam, it shows up in the most unlikely of places, not unlike the Irish. Like the Natterjack, our story is also one of endless adventure, doing things differently and living deliberately. It’s time for Irish Whiskey to choose a different path.

Notre whiskey est un hommage affectueux au crapaud Natterjack car, tout comme lui, notre whiskey a choisi une voie différente.

Le Natterjack est le seul crapaud indigène d’Irlande. Alors que tout autour de lui saute, lui marche. Il trace sa propre route. Grâce à un esprit aventureux et une capacité à vagabonder, il apparaît dans les endroits les plus inattendus, à l’image des Irlandais. Comme le Natterjack, notre histoire est aussi celle d’une aventure sans fin, de choix qui sortent des sentiers battus et d’une manière de vivre pleinement intentionnelle. CURRACH SINGLE MALT IRISH WHISKEY

Using the finest of Irish malted barley, our contemporary single malt whiskey is triple distilled before being aged in ex-bourbon casks. We then finish our whiskey for three months in unique American virgin oak casks which we have charred using Irish seaweed as our fuel source. It’s this perfect union of the Irish land and sea that creates a rich multi-layered whiskey with a delicate umami character.

Pearse Lyons Distillery is nestled in the heart of Dublin’s historic Liberties. Housed in a beautifully restored 18th-century church—formerly the Church of St. James—it offers a home as distinctive as the spirit it produces. Distillation started in 2012 at our brewery operations as the church was restored before opening in 2017 and named in honour of its founder, the late Dr. Pearse Lyons.  The distillery reflects a legacy of passion, innovation, and family tradition – history in the making. Pearse and his wife, Deirdre, set out to create a whiskey experience unlike any other in Dublin. With roots tracing back five generations of coopers in the city, the Pearse Lyons Distillery invites visitors on an immersive journey through the art of Irish whiskey-making—celebrating both the craft and the vibrant culture of The Liberties. Pearse Lyons Distillery opened its doors in 2017 and produces a line of award-winning Irish Whiskeys. The Pearse 5-Year-Old Single Malt was the first to be produced by a new distillery in Ireland in more than 25 years, marking a historic milestone in the re-evolution of the Irish Whiskey industry. In 2019, the distillery began making single pot still whiskey, the traditional style of distilling in Ireland. To date, our distillery experts continue to innovate with new releases and exciting barreling programs.

THE CURIOUS JOURNEY OF A CURIOUS MIND & THE HOME OF DRUMSHANBO GUNPOWDER IRISH GIN

Through the years, PJ Rigney has taken many journeys from the familiar into terra incognita. In time, those travels brought him here, to the wild and unspoilt landscape of Drumshanbo, Co. Leitrim, Ireland. And it was here that his curious mind, filled with the great oriental traditions of distilling fruit, herbs and botanicals, got to work. He created The Shed Distillery of PJ Rigney, with its medieval copper pot stills, and began a quest to fuse oriental botanicals with the local Irish ones. As it turned out, they got on very well indeed. The result of this passionate exploration is Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin – unique, extraordinary, and as remarkable as the elusive creature PJ has occasionally glimpsed in the fields, the Drumshanbo Jackalope. Slow distilled by hand in medieval copper pot stills at The Shed Distillery, this flagship creation of the curious mind, combines the 8 pot still and 4 vapour infused botanicals collected on PJ’s journey from China back to Drumshanbo with the fresh citrus, and the ever intriguing Chinese gunpowder tea.
