We cultivate 20 hectares of still white vines on the DEMETER biodynamically vineyards in Alto Adige South Tyrol's south, situated at altitudes ranging from 270 metres a.s.l. around the picturesque Casteletto of Villa in Egna up to 1,050 metres a.s.l. near Montagna in the Trudner Horn Nature Park. The stony soils of the Dolomites, characterised by limestone, lend our wines minerality and freshness.
