In search of beauty and authenticity, we Sophie and Thibaud Bardi de Fourtou are winemakers and artisans. We grow in a small high-altitude garden with the eloquence of great nature. It is in the vertiginous Regional Park of Haut Languedoc, bordered by the influences of the Massif Central, the Cévennes and south. The 10 hectares dominates the plain of Béziers to the sea. The vineyard on imposing schists look gray, blue and sometimes orange, and culminates at 350 meters of altitude like a small Florentine garden in the garrigue and oaks. Wines in 3 colors, of great finesse present on many starred tables and bistronomy in France and abroad.

The objective of our family and craft estate is to provide pleasure and emotions when tasting our wines. This is why we are personally in the vineyard and we do not delegate any gesture. 

Our small garden is the guarantee of the greatest care to offer singular wines and identity.
