Baglio Oro was founded in 2008 by Giuseppe Laudicina, who chose to revitalize the historic family farms and give life to a winery that blends tradition with innovation, proudly expressing the soul of Sicily.

The winery is located in Marsala, at the western tip of Sicily, a terroir that has always reserved favourable conditions for the cultivation of grape vines: the all-year sun exposure is mitigated by constant sea breezes, conditions that naturally enrich the grapes with character, sugars, and aromas.

Sustainability is at the heart of Baglio Oro’s philosophy. The winery employs organic fertilization to safeguard biodiversity, produces clean energy through photovoltaic systems to reduce CO₂ emissions, and uses lightweight bottles made from locally sourced recycled glass—an approach that promotes circular economy and zero-mile packaging.

Today, Baglio Oro offers a wide range of quality Sicilian wines with distinctive varietal and regional identity, true ambassadors of their unique terroir.
