Since 1919, Bader-Mimeur family is settled on the Domaine du Château de Chassagne-Montrachet and owns 98% of its vineyard, which represents 5 hectares in one hand, around its cellars. This vineyard produce Chassagne-Montrachet white and red village wines, typical of Chassagne-Montrachet appellation. This family estate of 8 hectares in total, also owns and runs plots on Saint-Aubin 1er cru "En Remilly" and Bourgogne (Chardonnay/ Pinot Noir/ Aligoté) appellations. Today, Nathalie and Sébastien Fossier, sister & brother, reprensent the 5th generation and run this beautiful estate.
