About

Fossacolle is a small, family owned, winery located in the SW part of Montalcino at 300 m on the sea level.

Marchetti Sergio is the owner and he founded the winery in 1984. He's still in charge for the agronomical part while his son-in-law Adriano Bambagioni and his nephew Stefano Bambagioni are in charge for winemaking and sales.

We conduct our vineyards, less than 4 ha, with organic approch trying to help the expression of our terroir in balance with the nature.

We produce around 25000 bottles per year, between Brunello di Montalcino, Rosso di Montalcino and Toscana IGT.
