The Caruso family's winemaking tradition is deeply rooted in the history of Sicily: 130 hectares of estate, 100% organic wines celebrating the authenticity of the local terroir. In the far western part of the island, Assuli, meaning "In the Sun" in the local dialect, blends ancient expertise with an innovative vision in enchanting places like the Segesta vineyard—at the foot of the archaeological site and its namesake temple—or Bosco Scorace, the high-altitude vineyard of Assuli, located in a natural reserve at 650 meters above sea level. Grapes ripen in an area with a rich winemaking heritage, and the winery boasts the "Sicilia" Denomination of Controlled Origin.
