Azienda Agricola Iuppa is a certified organic winery located in Milo, on the eastern slopes of Mount Etna, between 500 and 750 meters above sea level. Founded in the early 2000s, the estate spans 7 hectares of terraced volcanic vineyards planted exclusively with native varieties: Carricante, Catarratto, Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio. Production focuses on Etna DOC Bianco Superiore, Rosato, Rosso and Spumante, alongside a rare IGT line from free range vines, for a current output of about 45,000 bottles. By 2026, the winery will welcome guests in a restored 19th-century palmento with luxury suites, spa, infinity pool and underground cellar.
