We are located in Corbanese di Tarzo, the heart of Conegliano Valdobbiadene hills where the famous Prosecco di Conegliano-Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G (Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin) is produced. Deeply rooted in territory and tradition, the distillery has a century-old history of passion, careful work and cleverness of brave men and visionaries like Matteo Da Ponte, who first scientifically documented his producing method, later published in 1896 and Pier Liberale Fabris, Andrea’s grandson, who created the first single Prosecco grape grappa.

The Company’s flagship products are grappa and distillates, including the “5 Eccellenze”: Vecchia Grappa di Prosecco 8 annate, Grappa Unica Da Ponte millesimata 10 anni, Uve Bianche from Malvasia and Chardonnay, Uve Bianche Gran Riserva, Uve Bianche Fior d’Arancio from Moscato Giallo.

Faithful to its love and respect for the territory, the Distillery has been using environmentally friendly technologies since the 1980s. The production process uses biomass boilers, a 110KWp photovoltaic plant, heat energy recovery systems, and the purification of effluents and fumes. The energy sources are mainly renewable and results in near zero emissions.
