Co-exhibitor of WINES OF PORTUGAL
Since 1963, Adega Ponte da Barca has preserved a unique wine and cultural heritage rooted in the exceptional terroir of the Vinho Verde region. Located in Portugal's lush northwest, bordered by the rivers Lima, Vade, and Vez, this region enjoys a temperate climate and has supported grapevines for over 2,000 years.
Guided by the principle that “The Origin Matters”, the winery is committed to producing authentic wines that bring joy when shared in good company. Known for their vibrant fruit aromas, floral notes, and moderate alcohol content, these wines are a refreshing and versatile choice—perfect for appetizers, salads, seafood, Asian cuisine, and white meats.
The winery’s dedication is reflected in its varieties, including Loureiro, Alvarinho, and Vinhão, which thrive in harmony with the surrounding granite cliffs, valleys, and forests. This balance with nature imparts the wines with their distinct freshness and flavor.
Wine is more than a beverage—it’s a link to tradition and history. Adega Ponte da Barca celebrates this heritage by blending timeless techniques with modern innovation, ensuring each wine tells the story of its remarkable origin.
