Elisabetta Abrami is among the pioneers of organic Franciacorta, both in her vineyards, located in the municipalities of Provaglio d’iseo, Passirano and Paderno Franciacorta, and in the winery. Alongside sustainability, her production philosophy puts the raw agricultural material at its own core, a value developed since childhood, observing her father working in his deli-shop. It comes natural understanding that the mantra of Elisabetta and her son Giuseppe, with whom she runs the winery, is “the taste before the bubble”: a strong connection with the grape varierty, particularly Pinot Nero. The winery also produces organic extra-virgin olive oil and, thanks to the encounter with the Urzì family, manages Sciare dell’alba, vineyards and winery on Etna.
