The Bourgogne Wine Board (BIVB) is a non-profit association governed by the 1901 law. Built on principles of parity, it represents and promotes the unique expertise of the wine trade and winegrowers, a heritage rooted in tradition and a shared passion.
Once again this year, the Bourgogne Wine Board will be delighted to showcase the Bourgogne wines at the heart of the Bourgogne–Jura Pavilion. This edition will feature new activities and innovative tools, offering an experience not to be missed under any circumstances:
- An exclusive interactive map to instantly locate Bourgogne winegrowers and make the most of your visit.
- The Burgundy Bar offering self-guided or hosted tastings led by a Bourgogne Wine Amabassador, with a curated selection of hidden gems delivering outstanding quality, value, and pleasure.
- Decarbonization round table: a one-of-a-kind masterclass exploring Bourgogne collective decarbonization strategy on Wednesday, 11 February, from 2:30 to 3:30 pm.
- Flash tasting workshops where our renowned partners (La Carte des vins s'il vous Plait & Mother of Bubbles) bring a fresh perspective to Premier Cru villages through short, focused sessions centered on the Climats.
- An interactive terminal giving visitors access to the Bourgogne Maps platform, showcasing the geographical production areas of Bourgogne appellations and allowing real-time visualization of vineyard maps and the Climats featured in the tastings.
- The free tasting area : 110 wines available for unlimited tasting, highlighting the full diversity of Bourgogne wines.
The entire Bourgogne Wine Board team looks forward to welcoming you at stand C.115 for three days of discovery and inspiration.
