Co-exposant de JOEL DELAUNAY
In a nutshell... Located in the heart of the Luberon Natural Park, near Ansouis, the Château de Sannes offers a history, an astonishment, a journey into an authentic and secret Provence. The uniqueness and elegance of its terroir at an altitude of about 350m with a generous south-facing exposure allows the organic culture of vines and olive trees as well as old wheat varieties. We believe that the preservation of biodiversity, which abounds on the estate, is the foundation of a great wine estate. All our actions tend to respect our heritage and strive for excellence.
Vineyard 80% in AOP Luberon and 20% in IGP Méditerranée
35ha vineyard planted in rocky and sandy soils that foster drainage with Grenache Noir, Syrah, Cinsault, Mourvedre, Grenache Blanc, Vermentino and Ugni Blanc.
Our vineyards are exposed to great variations in temperature that produce fresh, flavourful whites and rosés and well balanced, full-bodied reds.
ECOCERT Organic Farming certification for the 2020
Production model based on 40% rosé, 30% white and 30% red.
The 73-hectare property extends to three historical bastides dating back from 17th and 18th century and several points of interest such as a Provençal windmill, a dovecote, French gardens, numerous ponds and natural springs, a truffle field, a forest...
We are developing a wine tourism offer focused on nature, well-being, with educational trails and cultural events.
