L’histoire commence en 2015 lorsque Pascal et Lorraine Oddo acquièrent le Domaine du Vallon des Glauges, l’un des plus somptueux domaines viticoles des Coteaux d’Aix en Provence, produisant principalement du rosé. Bertrand Otto a rejoint le projet familial en 2017. Après avoir dirigé l’ensemble des activités extra-financières du groupe Edmond de Rothschild, il soutient désormais la famille dans son développement continu grâce à son expertise du secteur viticole.
La famille Oddo, passionnée par les vins, a décidé de se diversifier en sélectionnant les meilleurs terroirs et en s’entourant de familles locales partenaires : la famille Jolivet en Sancerre, en Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence, à Stellenbosch en Afrique du Sud avec Schalk Joubert et en Sicile en Italie avec la famille Planeta. Engagés dans une quête permanente pour confectioner les meilleurs vins possible, tous les domaines produiront du vin biologique à partir de 2023.
