Historically based in Aÿ, where it was founded in 1893, Champagne Collery is rebirthing under Nicolas Gueusquin's impulse since 2014. After years of effort reinstalling the company in one of Aÿ's most beautiful estate, the Champagne House is ready to bring its champagnes to the world. Collery's renewal seen the complete portfolio going Grand Cru only, splitting in 3 collections inspired by the whisky universe: - "The Blends": Pinot Noir and Chardonnay offering a beautiful representation of Champagne’s Grand Cru terroirs - "The Singles": Collery's interpretation of pur Chardonnay and pur Pinot Noir Grand Cru from Champagne - "Vintage": Collery's way to think Champagne out of the box, the proud result of our playful experiments Tighlty linked to grower supplying the grapes, Collery's team pride itself on working every tiny detail of the winemaking process, taking advantage of the highly qualitative facility and equipments: 2500 HL of thermoregulated stainless steel vats and more than 400 HL of casks (40 HL, 25 HL, 12 HL, 4 HL, 228L & 225L barrels) True to its legacy and Geneviève (Collery's founder, Jules-Anatole's daughter in law) audacity and incredible energy, House Collery keeps on breaking the codes to deliver the highest quality standards to champagne lovers.
