The CIVR is mainly a wine promotion organization in AOP & IGP du Roussillon, which also has as missions everything that promotes the development of the markets (economic monitoring of these, panels, stocks, contracts, exits of warehouses, etc.) and the quality of the wines of Roussillon (research and technical development, both in viticulture and oenology, and monitoring of quality via a Quality Downstream Monitoring both in France and abroad).
Presentation of Domaine de Rombeau
Domaine de Rombeau is a pioneering wine estate in wine tourism in the South of France.
For more than 15 years, we have built a strong presence in Asia, with our wines featured in Michelin-starred restaurants, fine wine shops, selected wine merchants, and beautiful restaurants.
Our team regularly travels to meet our clients, support them, and bring real value, not only to the wine itself, but also to the relationship we build with our partners.
Domaine de Rombeau is also a living estate with more than 60 employees working throughout the year across our restaurant, hotel facilities, wine tourism activities, café and coworking space, as well as our many diversification projects connected to our vineyards, our soils, and our way of working the land.
Our estate is strengthened by a loyal team, with some employees having worked with us for more than 35 years. This human commitment is at the heart of who we are.
We would be delighted to invite you to discover Domaine de Rombeau, our wines, our history, and the values that guide us every day.
For over a century, Dom Brial has shaped Southern France’s wine scene. With 1700 ha, mastery of IGP and AOP terroirs, and high-end parcels scoring 96+ points. Dom Brial combines tradition and innovation, and has made Château les Pinsan icon.
Roussillon’s largest organic producer (including USDA NOP certified for 2025 vintage) and a pillar of Sustainable Winegrowing.
Innovation is in their DNA: orange wines, NO/LOW-alcohol creations, amphora vinifications, plus micro-cuvées exploring Roussillon’s unique terroirs.
And behind the modernity lies history: Dom Brial owns one of the largest libraries of old AOP Rivesaltes and AOP Muscat de Rivesaltes, a true treasure of fortified wines.
Established by Hippolyte Boudau in 1922, Véronique and Pierre Boudau are the third generation of DOMAINE BOUDAU. A southern wine-growing area (the most southerly in France) on the Mediterranean coast a few kilometres from the Spanish border, Roussillon benefits from outstanding climatic conditions and terroir. Our parcels, on chalky clay soils, benefit all year from the Tramontane (the dominant, very dry, north-westerly wind), and a hot, very sunny Mediterranean climate helpful for vine-growing, In 2017 we made the decision to turn our whole operation over to organic agriculture. We make a rich, balanced range of highly complex wines based on absolute respect for our terroir, which we are continually working to understand.
Domaine Piquemal is located in the Agly valley, in the heart of Roussillon.
Our family vineyard covers 48 hectares of vines and olive-trees, and takes advantage of the diversity of its soils through a plot selection that characterizes our signature. Our wines are fully expressed through the region's grape varieties, which benefit from a puzzle of terroirs and a unique sun exposure throughout the year.
Over the years, we have taken the greatest care in our vineculture methods while respecting the environment, obtaining the High Environmental Value certification in 2017 and the conversion to organic farming in 2024.
We produce a wide range of wines, from the easy-drinking IGP to the balanced Côtes du Roussillon and the full-bodied Côtes du Roussillon Villages, not to mention the natural sweet wines (Muscat de Rivesaltes and Rivesaltes).
Clos 58 is first and foremost a story of friends. Six mates met long, long ago… and far, far away from the vineyards of Cassagnes !
Why Clos 58 ? Clos as a reference to our human-sized vineyards, a true gem in the Caramany terroir ! It reflects our will to focus on quality and to favour rarity. And since Gilles and Marc were born in 1958, we simply chose Clos 58 to transmit our story.
The Mas de la Devèze is a very old estate located in the Pyrénées Orientales in Tautavel, at the foot of the Corbières. The environment of the domain is very wild, relatively arid and very preserved. We fell in love with this beautiful Corbières region and the Agly Valley with its exceptional terroir and bought Mas de la Devèze in 2012. Our 30 ha of vines are worked according to the principles of sustainable agriculture by successive plowing, and harvested manually in boxes, with the grapes being refrigerated at harvest. The grapes are harvested at full maturity to reveal the entire terroir. We produce a wide range of wines and appellations, straddling the Maury schist and clay-limestone terroirs of Tautavel: Côtes du Roussillon Villages, CRV Tautavel, Maury sec, Maury sweet white and red, and IGP Côtes Catalanes . Powerful and seductive wines, with a lot of freshness.
At the heart of AOP MAURY, the Mas de Lavail is an estate where wine has been combined in the family for five generations. Nicolas produces wines of Expression there, from Carignan and Grenache old vines, but also of Exception with high-end cuvées in MAURY sec and MAURY Doux. The Domaine's vines are managed according to farming techniques that respect our environment with part in Organic Agriculture and the other part in High Environmental Value. A place apart, under Queribus Castle, landscapes to discover, wines to taste, to offer and to share...
