Champagne Guy de FOREZ is a family domain of Récoltant-Manipulant (RM) in Les Riceys, Côte des Bar. Working with around 12 Ha, mostly Pinot Noir, the main variety of our region, with some Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. 

We are certified High Environmental Value and Terra Vitis and have been adapting to a sustainable viticulture for more than 15 years. 

We also produce Rosé des Riceys, a historical wine and unique appellation only produced in our village by a few winegrowers.
