Since its creation in 2006 by Olivier Antoine Gény, AOC Conseils (a team of nine consultant-trainers) has supported wine companies in their development both in France and internationally. The cooperative winery of Rauzan exists since 1933. We are producers of AOC wines : Bordeaux, Bordeaux Supérieur, Entre-Deux-Mers, Crémants de Bordeaux AOC. Our winery gathers 240 winegrowers and 3000 ha of vineyard. Our winery and all our wines are certified "Sustainable Winegrowing of France", according the ISO 26 000 certification. We offer too Organic and vegan wines. Each year we vinify around 200,000 hl of wine. Beyond the wines of our châteaux, we decided in the 2000s to set up a selection of aromatic profiles in our vineyard. This innovative approach allows us to have wine profiles adapted for each market, sublimated by a specific winemaking technique. Our entire vineyard is in agroecological transition. We use innovative techniques to preserve the soils and to reduce the use of phytosanitary products. We no longer use CMR.

Château Pierrail, Demonchaux family estate, 17th century chateau among pleasant landscape. A 100 hectares vineyard on the best argilo-calcareous slopes, restricted yields for quality, High Environmental Value Certification. Red production : from fruity and souple wines up to rich and concentrated wines with pleasant toasted notes from ageing in French oak barrels. Two different White Pierrail wines, aromatic and fresh.

Château Cailleteau Bergeron is a family estate since 1933, located in the Blaye Côtes-de Bordeaux PDO. For nearly 100 years, the Dartier family has produced high-quality, easygoing red, white, and rosé wines from one generation to the next. In 1992, Marie-Pierre and Pierre-Charles Dartier (brother & sister) took over the estate from their parents. 

Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Carménère, Sauvignon Blanc & Gris, are the based-blend of our quality wines. We let our limestone, sandy terroir, sunny days, and cooling estuary breezes speak through our wines by keeping our yields low and picking the fruit at the peak of maturity.  Since 2013, we have been using a minimalist approach in our vineyard and cellar;  Terra Vitis, HVE 4, no sulfites added (for one of our reds), EVE Vegan certification, and organic certification (since 2021). 

Production is kept at 18.000/ 20.000 cases a year divided between nine different wines. 

Château Martet, a family estate owned by the de Coninck family, is ideally situated on the first two southern slopes overlooking the Dordogne, 25 km east of Saint-Emilion.

Mr Patrick de Coninck, heir to a family empire of fine wine importers in Belgium, acquired the estate in 1991 with an ambitious project: to restore this exceptional vineyard to its former glory. In the years that followed, a major restructuring plan was implemented with the aim of enhancing the value of this unique terroir.

This vision, and all the efforts made, enabled Château Martet to produce great Bordeaux wines, of which Réserve de Famille is the emblem.

With the help of Louis Mitjavile from 1998 to 2020, and Nina Mitjavile from 2021, Château Martet's wines are following in the footsteps of the greatest.

Today, Patrick's children are carrying on this work, making Château Martet a vineyard to be reckoned with, and here are just a few of their recent achievements:
- La Réserve de Famille was voted 6th best wine of the last ten years out of nearly 1,000 references tasted blind by the Rémy Poussart 2019 guide,
- Andreas Larsson, World's Best Sommelier 2007, awarded our 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 vintages a magnificent 93/100, and a superb 94/100 for our 2020,
- The Guide Hachette 2023 awarded our 2019 Reserve 3 stars as well as the Coup de Coeur from the jury of professional tasters. As a result, Château Martet is one of only 18 Premiers and Seconds Grands Crus classés to have achieved this ultimate accolade,
- Finally, La Fierté de Mon Père 2015 was awarded a 4.6/5 by Vivino customers, breaking into the site's top 2%!

After 15 years in international wine environment, building partnerships, developing markets, strengthening existing business, I created my own Bordeaux wine merchant company in 2011. Our activity is oriented to Bordeaux Grands Crus and quality petits Chateaux. Our distribution is mainly on export markets.

The 3 Guignard brothers produce very high quality Graves, Sauternes and Bordeaux wines, including their flagship: CLOS D'UZA which is the first Iconic Cabernet Sauvignon in Bordeaux, produced with Jean-Luc Thunevin from Château Valandraud - 1st Growth.
