Crabo Riesling

- Taste: Floral with mineral notes and a long finish, medium-bodied with citrus-fresh fruit
- Aroma: Aromas of white flowers, apple, peach and citrus notes.
- Production and maturation: The grapes are hand-picked from the South side of the river Po, an area known as the Oltrepo Pavese, and vinified with modern methods. Fermentation at 15 degrees in stainless steel tanks, without any oak maturation.
