Crafted from exceptional wines from the South of France, Oh my Baie is dealcoholised at very low temperatures to preserve its full aromatic richness.

Le Rosé: Aix-en-Provence

Blend: Syrah, Grenache, Marselan, Merlot; low sugar (2 g/100 ml)
Appearance & Nose: Pale luminous salmon, fruity bouquet with notes of wild berries, vine peach, lychee, grapefruit, and subtle floral touches
Palate: Balanced, long, and fresh
Pairing: Mediterranean olives, Greek salad, sea bream ceviche, tagliatelle primavera, seafood paella, fig tart, lemon & rosemary sorbet
Mixology: Rosé sangria, frozen rosé, rosé punch, Rosé Joséphine, rosé spritz

Le Blanc: Étang de Thau

Blend: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Rolle; low sugar (1.5 g/100 ml)
Appearance & Nose: Bright pale yellow, aromas of white fruits and citrus intertwined with delicate herbal and floral notes such as jasmine and acacia, with a subtle hint of almond

A Founder Inspired by the Vine and the Mediterranean

Daughter of a wine importer and passionate about viticulture, Charlotte Burckhard conceived Oh my Baie during her second pregnancy. Unable to consume alcohol, she felt a gap in sharing celebratory moments. Rooted in her Ibiza heritage and luxury hospitality experience, she infused the brand with a sunny, modern, and international energy.

Committed to sustainability and biodiversity, the brand prioritises responsible viticulture and reusable materials, such as its Vinolok glass stopper, a first in the alcohol-free market.

The bottles are slender with rounded forms, customizable glass stoppers, textured water-resistant labels, gold foil, and embossed varnish. Every detail is designed to elevate the table and extend the experience at home: as a vase, water carafe, or candleholder.

A Sunny Brand Bridging Vineyard and Sea

Oh my Baie plays with words and senses: “Baie” refers both to the grape fruit and the sunny shoreline. “Oh” hints at alcohol while suggesting delight and surprise, and the “O” as zero symbolizes the absence of alcohol. “Oh My” is also a nod to the founder’s British roots.
