Terre d’Arengo is a project designed specifically for hospitality, wine tasting, and food-and-wine experiences. The estate sits on top of a hill, enjoying a 360-degree view of the Sibillini mountain range and the surrounding valleys. It is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, an oil mill, and a wine resort.
“I am committed to producing a wholesome, minimally-intervention wine that best represents its place of origin. I aim for the least possible intervention and add only a small amount of sulphur at the end of fermentation, and only when necessary. I want to be able to drink my wines myself, with my loved ones, without experiencing headaches the next day. Acidity, finesse, savouriness, and depth are what I look for in the grapes, which produce musts that are partly vinified in wood with indigenous yeasts and partly in steel with selected yeasts. We are proud to offer wines that not only satisfy the most refined palates but also reflect sustainability values that are increasingly important to conscious consumers.”
Pecorante Brut Nature – Sparkling (Pecorino, Sangiovese)
Bright straw-yellow with a fine and persistent perlage. The aroma reveals fruity notes of citrus and exotic fruits.
Hints of lemon, citron, pineapple, and passion fruit are accompanied by floral traces, leading to a precise, clean, and extremely elegant palate.
Full-bodied, smooth, and at the same time supported by exceptional freshness, it finishes with a persistent and distinguished aftertaste.
Le Fem IGT (Passerina, Chardonnay)
The rules of the game are simple, and when respected, they yield excellent results.
Manual harvesting, meticulous selection of the bunches, soft pressing, fermentation in stainless steel, and partial ageing for a few months in oak barrels before final blending.
Offida Pecorino DOCG
Offida Pecorino is a white wine from the Marche region in which the characteristics of the grape variety and the terroir blend with skilled cellar work, including daily bâtonnage and extended ageing on fine lees.
Pecorino aged in wood
From the same base as the Offida Pecorino comes a version entirely aged in wood.
Fermentation and ageing for 12 months in first-passage barriques and tonneaux give rise to a product that is unique in its style.
Bufera DOC (Montepulciano, Sangiovese)
A red wine that perfectly unites the two most traditional varieties.
Montepulciano and Sangiovese of great elegance, where the softness of the former softens the tannic structure and natural exuberance of the latter, resulting in a wine with remarkable balance, harmony, and power. A few months of ageing in Hungarian oak complete the process.
Savage IGT (Merlot, Sangiovese)
The idea behind its creation was to obtain grapes with greater concentration and softer tannins, through targeted interventions on planting density and pruning. This led to a Sangiovese aged in barrique for the first time, blended with non-traditional varieties such as Merlot.
Savage is a wine with a well-defined personality, born from gentle pressing and careful handling of the grapes to avoid unnecessary trauma. The musts were macerated with extreme attention to preserving aromas, extracting colour, and achieving tannins that are sweet and elegant.
Malolactic fermentation in barrique followed by ageing in French and Hungarian oak for approximately 15 months.
