Our Brut NV is Wiston's benchmark wine - the wine which is hardest to make and the one which it is the most important we get right every year. We are incredibly proud of this wine - it is a combination of freshness, complexity, richness and flavour. It is a perfect aperitif and delicious with food thanks to its acidity and texture. A crowdpleaser - for a reason!

Nestled in the heart of England’s rolling South Downs in West Sussex, the beautiful Wiston Estate has been owned and managed by the Goring family since 1743 and is overseen today by Harry and Pip Goring. It was Pip’s long-held belief that the estate had the potential to grow high quality grapes, and the vineyards which now lie on a selection of south-facing chalk escarpments, are the fruit of her dream and tenacity - as are the wines which they produce.
The wines are widely recognised as some of the best produced in the UK - great examples of their style.
