Technical notes:
Grapes come from vineyards on white, marl-rich soils typical of Motovun, providing minerality and freshness. Fermentation and maturation take place in stainless steel for 6 months to preserve primary aromas and varietal character.
Tasting notes:
A vibrant dry white wine of golden-yellow colour with green reflections. On the nose, citrus aromas intertwine with green apple, pear, kiwi, chamomile, meadow herbs and subtle floral notes. The palate is fresh, lively and mineral, with a creamy texture and a well-rounded finish.
Food pairing: White fish, shellfish risotto, Mediterranean light dishes.
