If the Brut NV is our benchmark - the Cuvée wine is our flagship - showing what our original vineyard and the South Downs can do. It is our best selling vintage - the blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir, and the barrel fermentation make it rich and intense, but also balanced and long.

Nestled in the heart of England’s rolling South Downs in West Sussex, the beautiful Wiston Estate has been owned and managed by the Goring family since 1743 and is overseen today by Harry and Pip Goring. It was Pip’s long-held belief that the estate had the potential to grow high quality grapes, and the vineyards which now lie on a selection of south-facing chalk escarpments, are the fruit of her dream and tenacity - as are the wines which they produce.
The wines are widely recognised as some of the best produced in the UK - great examples of their style.
