Domaine Evremond Classic Cuvée NV Edition I

The first edition of our Classic Cuvée is a blend of 55% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier with a base vintage of 2020 (80%) alongside 20% from 2019. It was bottled in 2021 and spent over 3 years on the lees before being released in April 2025.

This Domaine Evremond journey began in 2015 when two close friends, Patrick McGrath MW and Pierre-Emmanuel Taittinger agreed that they would establish a new English Sparkling Wine estate. Since then, Domaine Evremond has grown from an idea, to a plot of land, to flourishing vineyards and now a dedicated winery, nestled among the vines of the Estate, that produces certified Quality English Sparkling Wine.
