Moro by the Rossi family pays tribute to their great-great-grandfather’s beloved companion and his only helper at the time – the donkey Moro. Moro is an excellently balanced blend of deep ruby-red color, elegant and well-rounded on the palate.
On the nose, aromas of blueberry and raspberry with subtle notes of dark chocolate and black pepper. Excellent with game, red meat, aged full-fat cheeses, and chocolate desserts.
Serving temperature: 16–18 °C.
ZOI Croatian Istria, Merlot 60%, Cabernet Sauvignon 30%, Teran 10%.
